Delivery

Orders are delivered by courier company GLS, DHL, Poczta Polska to the address indicated by the User.

It is also possible to receive your order in person at the company's office 7 to 16 hours in advance by calling LILIO's Sales Department at 013 420 1221.

The responsibility for the delivery of incorrect address data, which prevent the delivery of the correct delivery, rests with the ordering party. We also reserve the right not to assume responsibility for carrier errors and failure to deliver within the deadline.

The delivery of the goods occurs at the moment of entrusting it to the carrier. We are not responsible for the work of the carrier. In case of receipt of a damaged or destroyed consignment, a report of damage to the consignment must be made in the presence of the carrier, otherwise a complaint will not be included.

Delivery time, according to the courier company GLS or DHL - 2 business days, Poczta Polska - 5 business days.

Shipping costs, charged in accordance with the price list of the shipment, are covered by the ordering party with the amount for the order. The price includes professional shipping packages, greatly reducing damage during transportation.

Prices quoted on the portal are gross prices.
